Instead of a cap, wear a pair of sunglasses. Depending on the size of your thinning hair you can wear those aviator sunglasses. But heres the catch instead of wearing them on your face, lift them up so that they are resting on your head, right on top of your thinning area. Its so perfect it's fail-safe. Thanks all Report It.

Thursday, October 8, 2009. Loss of hair after proper dieting and exercising? WIll cutting short my hair stop hair loss? I realise my hair is dropping alot more than normal after i do proper dieting and regular exercising. What reasons could it be? I been counting what i eat and i am sure im not under eating and have been receiving enough nurition and vitamins. I jog for 30mins daily too! Since my body had a sudden change (even if it is a healthy one), i think hormone level went unbalance? I dont think so.
