Seeing that our first born child arrived in 2012, it was obviously an amazing year! I decided to only highlight a few of the remodel happenings since there were just too many! Thanks for keeping up with us for another year! In the thick of the remodel.

Since the hubby can pretty much create anything that I think up (I know ladies, calm down, he's all mine! The divider no longer seemed appropriate. We were having the ...

Growing Sound Roots: Music and Fish
http://growingsoundroots.blogspot.com/2013/03/music-and-fish.html
About Us: The Blog. About Us: The Family. Seattle by the Sound. Sunday, March 3, 2013. As we discovered around Christmas time, Micah is very entertained by fish and moving water. Seems like he's already taking after his Uncle Ben in that way. My heart is so full of love watching him discover and learn new things. Micah has been learning a mile a minute lately. Just look how he holds onto his daddy and stares curiously at all of the new sights. So much to learn. Mom has too much fun while I'm sleeping.

Sunday, December 29, 2013. Santa is 8 months old! The cutest little Santa Claus just turned 8 months old! This was how we found Kyler most often this month. Under the tree. He thought it was the best hide out. His favorite thing to do down there was pull off ornaments and use them as teething toys. He also liked to eat all the characters in the little people manger scene. I think I might do my Christmas blog post about all the things Kyler tried to eat. He really packed on the pounds it seems. His pa...

Saturday, June 14, 2014. One year ago I was not so patiently waiting to meet this sweet little one. ONE YEAR AGO? That was not a full year. I sure don't know how it's possible that Kyler is one! But he is. We of course relived those funny days leading up to Kyler's arrival and the craziness of how fast he came once he decided it was time. I love how my kids births are forever imprinted in my brain like they JUST happened. I love the connection I feel to them. Oh, isn't he just the SWEETEST! He loves flir...

Monthly pics from belly to one year. We did a sandwich lunch buffet. Simple and perfect. And was pretty distraught when he thought it was all gone. He had lots of great helpers for gift opening!
