October 24, 2013. Let me catch you up on my journey. July 2013, Weight 251.4. The scale weighed me in at 236.8. Needless to say, I was ecstatic! I could feel the difference slightly in the way my clothing hung, but I didn’t realize her scale weighs me in at a whopping 5 pounds less than my scale at home. I was a little bummed about this until I realized they were tracking that 14 pound weight loss on her scale from the previous months weigh-in. So it was a genuine measurement! Talk about self sabotage!
