When we did our Mexican Dinner themed Christmas Party a few years ago, I made these enchiladas and took them. I had a few people ask me for the recipe and I am not sure if I ever gave it to who wanted it. Here it is if you are interested. We have really enjoyed them. Grown-Up Livin' and Other Experiments. The worst part sometimes is that there’s no reason. September 27, 2013. Reason, you know? Because of my lack of official school records, I could not be diagnosed with ADD. However, I could. Be diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Not severe. Not even terribly bad. The doctor did not recommend medication, but he did recommend cognitive behavioral therapy, which I have yet to commit to. That seems weird, right? That I’d be happy to be diagnosed with depression?
