Week ago my doctor told me I won't be able to lose more than 10kg. which is fine. I know I never will be able to reach 55kg and be thin. I'm aiming more to be healthy and happy. No, I haven't given up! The chubby girl is still fighting! It's going great, I haven't lost much for a while but most importantly I'm not gaining weight. I started to notice some changes too! I'll be happy if I just manage to go for 69kg. it's so hard to lose weight at home I noticed. The time I was living on my own I always managed to lose some weight but now. I have to feed two more people and it's different. .I wish . they gave me more support. Lost a tiny bit of weight. always something! I just gotta face it. I failed totally. Mom is right, during winter is hard to lose weight. at least I lost a tiny bit. 2009 will be new fresh start! It's better to start over than quit and cry in a corner. BUT I got bit desperate and decided to go through this 5 days DIET . OH BOY such mistake.
