This is our beautiful fake Christmas Tree from Walmart that came with the lights already on it! We decided to do a fake one because we are starting Christmas so early (and we are starting early because Rachel and Jordyne are going home for Christmas). Another factor was our Dog-we weren't to sure how she would respond to a tree.oh and the bugs! Jordyne maybe saying a prayer for our souls!

For him it was his second time celebrating, for me it was the first. I was stuck in Portland for Christmas because of all the snow so I made it home when work and the weather allowed and we celebrated it a second time! I hope that the new year brings you all many joys! You got to go to hawaii! And due in june and august :o).

So we had over two feet of snow up here at camp and a couple power outages but as I look out side right know the snow is slowly melting as the rain wears it down. The top picture you can see is my car Henry stuck in the snow. Henry is still stuck despite the thaw (and by thaw I mean there has been about two or three inches that have melted)! Saturday, January 31, 2009. Triple Grande Vanilla 1%, no foam latte anyone? I was awoken out of a dead sleep at 4:30 this morning by my manager asking if I could come in at 6 am instead of 8:30 because the girl who was supposed to be there was not. I could hear the panic emanating. And needed the hours, so I agreed. So I went to work with a total of 5 hours of sleep and complete exhaustion in order to work an 8 hour shift that was supposed to be a 5 and a half hour one. Posted by Views from Afar @ 3:28 PM.

Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Not much going on in the good old Portland area! I am getting back into the swing of school. Classes are going well, but senoritis has really set in. Than again, its set in amoung all of us at my house so thats not that unusual. The most exciting things that have been going on around here is the crazy wind storms, it snowed yesterday. Trying to do all of this and school has been interesting. Not much else is going on in our life, just school, work and church.

Monday, February 09, 2009. Very Bad Dog, but oh, so Cute! Just had a couple of funny stories about Mercedes I feel that the world needs to know, because they are funny and oh, so cute! There a couple of things that you need to know before I tell you the stories. With these rules in mind, here are a couple of funny things she did in the last 24 hours:. Naughty dog. Sarah couldn't even discipline her because she was laughing so hard! Oh, what a cute dog, but man she is too smart for her own good sometimes.
