Monday, March 19, 2012. Ginger and Cilantro baked Tilapia. I am not a fish fan and I LOVE this meal! My kids ate it up and my hubs keeps asking for it again! 1 jalapeno pepper (remove seeds). 1 T Ginger root (grated). 2 T Soy sauce. 1/4 c white wine (I used apple juice or you can use chicken broth instead). 1 t sesame oil. Monday, March 19, 2012. World's Best Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. These really are the BEST! Recipe from The Idea Room. 1/2 c butter, softened. 1/2 c Peanut Butter. 1/2 c Brown sugar. 1/2 t baking soda. 1/2 t baking powder. 1 1/4 c. flour. 1/2-1 T. milk. 1/2 - 1 c. Semi-sweet Chocolate chips. DIRECTIONS: Add all to the mixer from top of list to bottom! Mix the butter and peanut butter. Cream in the sugars, baking soda and baking powder. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Wednesday, February 11, 2009. Pretzel Hugs and Kisses. WHAT YOU WILL NEED:. Hershey Kisses (any variety- Milk chocolate, Hugs, Caramel or Dark Chocolate). M&M's (milk chocolate, dark, peanut, peanut butter- any kind! Preheat oven to 170*. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and set pretzels in a single layer on parchment paper. Unwrap Hershey kisses and set on top of pretzel. Place in oven to heat the chocolate kiss until it is slightly softened and shiny. (about 5 minutes). 1 1/4 cup Powder Sugar.

Saturday, March 14, 2009. This is just a dinner idea. I don't make pot roast often because we always have TONS of leftovers, but when I make it- it is OH so good! 1 pkt Dry Onion Soup mix. 2 or 3 beef bouillon cubes. About 3 cups water (I just fill the crock pot up until it almost covers the roast). Place Roast in crock pot with water, onion mix and bouillon. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours. Take out 2 cups of juices from crock pot and reserve for gravy. Take out vegetables and shred meat.

Saturday, July 14, 2012. Recipe from Our Best Bites. 1 3/4 c. Flour. 2 3/4 t. Baking powder. 2 t lemon peel. 1/3 c canola oil. 1 c fresh OR frozen blueberries *coat in 1 T. flour and 1 T. sugar. 2 1/2 T. flour. 1 1/2 T. butter. Combine dry ingredients and cut in the butter to make crumb.*. Combine top 5 ingredients into a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the egg, buttermilk and oil. Stir into the flour mixture until moistened. Fold in the coated blueberries. Pour into a greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.

Tuesday, June 8, 2010. This is one of my FAVORITE drinks that my Mom makes. I thought I would share it because it is so delicious and is the perfect Summer time drink. You may want to cut the recipe in half (unless you are making it for a big party) because it makes a whole lot of slush. 1 large can of Pineapple Juice. 2 cans frozen Orange Juice concentrate. 1 can frozen Lemonade concentrate. 3 liters of 7-up.
