First try at cold smoking. Tried my new smoking tray from Amazen ( https:/ www.amazenproducts.com. Scored a couple of wins and one epic fail. I started with some boiled eggs and some rib steaks for about 1 ½ hours. Used the grill mats ( http:/ www.konabbqgrillmat.com. For the eggs so they didn’t pick up anything from the grill.
