Like I mentioned before, friends make up a part of me. You can choose not to like me, not to befriend me, but you don’t go around being all friendly and nice to me, then stab me behind with a butcher knife. When crosses your path. 16 June, 2009. It must have been the too-long-never-exercise syndrome taking its toll on me. I’m feeling so drained after a session of few hours badminton and in addition of work. Supposed to meet YS 9am at YCK control station this morning, however only to find myself woken up by my mum at 832am-.-. Reached at around 10am, and played all the way till close to 2pm. I swear I haven’t been exercising in this way for a long time now. So, the best alternative exercise would be BADMINTON.
