This is a Panama Canal tugboat most likely in the dry dock at the Industrial Div. in Cristobal on the Atlantic coast. Tugs are in dry dock for a complete overhaul or to repair a element that was damaged during operations. It might be a full overhaul because none of the identifying marks can be seen. There are 2 other dry docks located on the Pacific coast. The Panama Canal Museum Collection at UF.
