4HB Rushfit - The Challenge. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Day 2 - FINAL. Breakfast this morning was mince, eggs, lentils and spinach - super easy with spice to season AGG Blue Ice Royal gel. Coffee with cinnamon to taste (SCD= no milk). Had about 5 almonds and 3 brazil nuts also. Rushfit day 2 is Cardio so went swimming for 45 mins. Olicosanol: 20–25 mg. Lpha-lipoic acid: 100–300 mg. Reen tea flavanols (decaffeinated with at least 325 mg EGCG): 325 mg. Arlic extract: 200 mg. Prior to breakfast: AGG. Prior to lunch: AGG. Literally just chicken - Probably should have added some vegetables or legumes or something but I think my brain was already in cheat day mode. Actually I'm fairly sure I heard it say 'Let's get the chicken out of the way and get on to the business of real food! Binge list so far. Rosti breakfast wrap from McDonalds Vanilla shake. 2 X Easter eggs. 1 X grande coffee frappuccino. 1 packet Smiths plain potato chips.

Not huge numbers but I can already see changes. Down a total of 4cm overall. W 105 - - 102.5. HZ 102 - - 101.5. LL 64 - - 63.5. RL 64 - - 64.0. N 395 - - 38.5. LA 365 - - 37. RA 36 - - 36. TOTAL 447cm - - 443cm. Not going to measure again until next week although may jump on the scales for fun once or twice :0). 4HB - The site!
