I can finally say that my quest, for it has indeed been a quest, to produce a near perfect reproduction of the original steeringwheel badge/emblem, from the second prototype car, has finally come to a successful conclusion. In the end, we had run out of modern techniques to produce it and resorted to manufacturing it using the same procedures that were employed back in the day.
