タナハ キリスト教でいう 旧約聖書 が重要な聖典になっています。 ユダヤ教は、 タナハ 、 ミクラー と呼ばれる書を聖典しています。 イスラム教でも モーセ五書 は コーラン に次いで重要視されています。 例えば、ユダヤ教の観点からは、信仰を持っていたとしても、アミーダー アーレーヌー ムーサーフなどを含んだシャハリート ミンハー マアリーブを行わないこと、シェマア イスラーエールを唱えないこと、ミクラーを読まないこと、食事の前とトイレの後の手洗いと祈りを行わないこと、戸口のメズーザーに手を当てて祈りを行わないこと、カシュルートを実行しないこと、タルムード トーラー、ベート ミドラーシュ、イェシーバー、コーレールなどミクラーとラビ文学の研究を行わないこと、シャッバートを行わないこと、パーラーシャーを読まないことなどは、ユダヤ教徒としてあるべき姿とは言えないのです(何のことかは追って説明します)。 しかし、基本的には、世界中の全ての民族は ユダヤ教 に改宗することによってユダヤ人となりうるのであって、ユダヤ人は他宗教に改宗することによってもはや狭い意味での ユダヤ人 ではなくなります。
