I'm very happy with all the work Guelph Reno has done for me. I was concerned because my office building had problems with moisture in the basement, the apartment kitchen vent hood did not draw air, and the main room in the finished basement seemed cool. I was having second thoughts and worried that I had bought a lemon. The moisture problem was address with landscaping, ensuring that soil was sloped away from the house so that water would flow away from the foundation. Simple common sense.
