Eight of us gathered to participate in a writers' version of speed dating. Lifestyle show provided us with an impressive 30-minute bedroom makeover at the International Home Show. They went through the following ten steps:. A portable closet is a good solution for anyone who needs extra storage for clothing. It can be easily assembled and placed in a dorm room, cottage or master bedroom. Place a storage trunk or bench at the foot of the bed. Toss in extra pillows and clothes.

We shared our poetry and discussed different techniques for writing and editing. Local poet, Matthew George provided many suggestions on how to improve our work. Some of his tips. After writing the first draft, go back and edit your work. Do not simply leave it. Some poems can require up ten or more edits before submitting to journals. And Contemporary Verse 2.
