For something a little different, here is a recipe for Korean-style tacos with a Kogi barbecue sauce. This sounds positively delicious and I can’t wait to try it! 1 pound cooked pulled pork or cooked shredded chicken. 12 corn of flour tortillas. 1/4 cup quick cucumber pickle (recipe below) or prepared kimchi (Korean pickled spicy cabbage). 3 Tablespoons of sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
