Gunter's Cabins - The Cabins. 525$ a week gets you a two bedroom cabin. Each cabins sleeps five and comes with fully equipped kitchen et bathrooms. There's a shower and hot water. Bedding is also supplied. You only need to bring food, towels, toiletries and personal items. The supply of water comes from a deep well inside the mountain. The water is crystal clear and pure, excellent to drink. See below for pictures of the cabins and the area. Pictures of cabin #1. Pictures of cabin #2 and 3.

If you need bait, fishing license or any other supplies, the village of Ste-Thérèse de la Gatineau is located at 7 minutes drive away with a well stocked general store, as well as a small restaurant. For more shopping or fine dining, the city of Maniwaki is just a 20 minute drive. There you will find 2 golf courses and many tourist attractions. Gunter's Cabins - The 31 Mile Lake. The lake is also famous for scuba diving as the water is crystal clear and also drinkable. There are many underwater caves and other interesting features to see. There are over 100 islands, most of which is yours to discover and explore. You can also see many other sights such as the Pont de Pierre Park also called the Devil's Bath Tub where a waterfall ends in a natural pool. See below for pictures. Click on photos to enlarge.
