Catching the Trade Winds. Saturday, January 8, 2011. We hope 2011 brings good health and happiness for all. Left Nassau Dec 29th. Since we will be sailing in Puerto Rico for a while we decided it would be a good time to study our spanish. I've become pretty proficient. Gus on the other hand has mastered his two most important words, cerveza por favor! Arrived in Ft Lauderdale on he 30th. Can't wait to be on our way. Gusism- It is said never to have lived your dreams, but much sadder never to have had one.

Catching the Trade Winds. Saturday, December 3, 2011. Before I start I hope all our family and friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving. WE MISS YOU ALL! I guess I was just having too much fun this summer and failed to keep up with our blog. Well. I'm back so you will all start getting punished again hearing about our adventures. We have experienced so much, I hardly know where to begin. The next day was the main parade where different groups compete for large cash prizes. Each group has their own band.
