My mom wanted to come to Oklahoma City to visit us this summer but since. There's nothing to do here. I hadn't been home in awhile, I suggested that I come to Thatcher for a few days instead. I read all of my old high school journals, and cracked up about the "good ol' days! My parents came to visit us in Oklahoma during the HOTTEST time of the year! Tyler and I were wracking our brains for days to come up with cool (in both senses) things to do while they were in town for a few days. I looked around and noticed the woman behind me had a itty bitty cart with her two kids and in it were 1. rice cakes 2. organic peanut butter 3. Oats! I am most definitely the odd man out here.
