Emergency Referrals

Approved Provider Through County Council Accreditation. Regrettably we are not currently able to accept emergency referrals. We can, however, provide emergency support to any individual within their own home, if for some reason their current support provider or family member is unable to continue with support services. Approved Provider Through County Council Accreditation. Outreach services for individuals with support needs. We currently provide outreach services across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. We do this through our outreach staff team, managed by our Outreach, Supported Living and Respite Manager, Rupert Stocks, who has extensive knowledge in this area of support. We can provide services of support from 2 hours up to 60 hours a week depending on the person’s wishes and individual budget. Help with finding housing.
