I've proceeded to immediate level of StEps. really enjoy step class, trains mah co ordination/memory and obviously my fitness as well. lotsa spins in step2. been attending step2 for a few weeks and i can say ive kinda get the hang of it alr. feels a sense of achievement! Hahaa but whenever i think of my TP, it just gets me down. I m beautiful in every single way.
