One year to lose one hundred pounds… and some serious self-reflection… and then a realization that 50 lbs was a better goal. Progress Stats & Pics. The Things I’ve Learned and Accomplished during my 365 day Project. November 15, 2011. So here it is the official last full day of my Project. Did I meet my original goal of losing 100 lbs in a year? About six months in (and further behind on my goal), I mentally switched over to a new goal of 50 lbs which I made official a few months later. 26-28 to a 20-22.

Ramblings from an imperfect wife, mother and body on a mission of improvement. February 13, 2018. The state of my life feels exactly as this post is titled. Lately I feel like a shell of a person. I’m there, I’m doing the daily tasks, but I’m checked out. It would fit my mood perfectly if I had one of those t-shirts that said I don’t want to adult today . And it’s not just that. I feel like quitting everything. I want to quit trying to lose weight. I want to quit my passion project. I’ve lost my drive.
