I was in Edmonton for the week on business and I found out in the morning that my Grandpa Wynder wasn't doing well and then just after 1:00pm he passed away. My empowering women seminar business and it's progress. Friday, March 13, 2009. Today I had an incredible seminar. I had the Seminar at the Joan A. Male Family Support Center. Before going I had asked what the main concern would possibly be that I might want to discuss during the seminar on self-defense. The main concern was that most of the workers were needing to go into neighborhoods that weren't always safe. I will post the comments that I received today on my other blog Seminar Comments.

Did "hacked" come to mean something other than someone gaining unauthorized access to your account? I know kids these days have new words for everything, so I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss some of the hip lingo they're laying down. I'm seeing so many people on Facebook lately claiming to have been "hacked" because their account is sending out posts/messages without their knowledge.
