In 2008, Therma-Tru conducted a brand identity workshop with marketing, executive, and agency associates. The findings indicated that the brand had lost some luster and needed visual and messaging improvements to reach new and upcoming generations to promote the long-term health and awareness of the brand. Here is the intrepretation that I led with my internal creative team, management, and our agency partner that was applied to 2009 and 2010 marketing materials.

Premier Farnell, IPD North America, required an e-commerce site for a new test market for the Premier Fastener product line. I led the development of a product line catalog with a corresponding e-commerce site. I also led efforts for seasonal promotional product e-stores at Proforma and facilitated the efforts to develop a small parts store for consumers and builders at Therma-Tru. Therma-Tru had improved installation techniques and required completely new videos for installation, staining application and trouble shooting. I led the production of these videos in 2008 targeting professional contractors and dealers in the preferred installation techniques, staining application for a new and improved stain (Same Day stain) as well as an updated trouble shooting video. While at Proforma, I developed email campaigns for the franchise development department as well as individual franchise owners. The strategy behind the email campaigns for the franchise development department was to drive prospective leads to webinars about Proforma franchising opportunities. Franchise specific emails targeted either customer or prospect lists for individual franchise owners and often followed or supported other marketing campaigns. Here are a couple of examples.
