Similarly, when you see things, be aware of your consiousness of seeing, (your sense of vision) and not the object nor yourself.This beginning of disassociation will be a starting point for all the others. This weird thought flashed across my mind yesterday while I sat thinking that what if GOD himself had a Facebook account. A person would be labelled a cave-man these days if he doesn’t have one so why can’t we imagine GOD having one himself.
