Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Nk cte ringkas je kali ni. Ni breakfast i pagi td. Sardin ayam brand 1 tin = 2.7g carbs. Telur rebus 2 biji = 2g carbs. Total carbs = 4.7g carbs. Alamak xde gambar la. Makan kt kedai jer. 2 ekor ikan kembong bakar = xsure brape carbs. Sayur campur 1/3 mangkuk = xsure brape carbs. I ad makan 1 slice cheese. Yg bawah ni plak. Ayam goreng bercheese cicah mayonis kimball. 3 ketul ayam goreng = 1.og carbs. Angka d atas adalah anggaran shj.mgkn lebih atau kurg. Yg pasti xlebih 20g.

Ampunkan saya wahai penunggu belog. Xde niat pon nk makan. Tp sbb ad lecturer ajak makan. Dh hbs tolak dh. Xmampu nk tolak dh. I makan jugak la. Janji pasni xwat dh. Abaikan rojak buah tu. Layankan je la menu ni. Ikan keli masak lemak tanpa amek kuah dgn sayur kangkung goreng belacan. Air suam.air kosong.

Thursday, July 22, 2010. Ekceli yg ni my sis masak. Masak utk her doter bwk bekal p nursery. Amount carbs - 0.5g-1.0g. Ayam masak merah 3 ketul bersama telur goreng. Slalu lunch xde picture. Yg ni i amek ayam jer. Amount carbs - 1.0g carbs (telur) xtau utk ayam. So i assume 3-4g carbs. Yg bawah ni plak. Seketul je dgn bendi 1. Yg ni pny plak kes ad lauk lebih kt umah.
