When your body screams - tell it to shut up. Söndag 22 februari 2009. Klockan 18.00 är det dags för core! Jag är instruktören dagen i ära (eller ja, det är jag ju varje söndag.). Tänkte hinna med lite cardio innan jobbet. Blir antagligen på spinningcykeln - därav mitt stooora mellanmål. Gröt med linfrö, skuren banan, äppelmos, mjölk och grovt knäckebröd med skinka paprika. Det ska räcka till träningen ikväll. Nu pumpar min kropp av glukos ;-). Någon mer än jag som tränar idag? Söndag, februari 22, 2009.
