We left Utah in the early evening and started on the road towards Rosewell NM. Driving through UT, AZ, and NM we hit some of the coldest weather. We didn’t expect our journey south to be so fridgid! Back in PA the weather was a nice 60 some ’s and we were experiencing around 7 at night. Day 7 we explored the little town of Rosewell which at first seemed a little underwhelming.

We stopped at a restaurant in Huston TX and had some steak. Yum! We were happy to finally arrive in New Orleans! We settled into our motel then. Headed out to Rock ‘n’ Sake for some sushi.
