Sure, should anyone care, one can gain insights about me from reading my travel journals or articles but there is nothing written here that is really about me directly. Of course, this raises the question in my mind concerning what I should say about myself. That we were warned were poisonous. I only recently discovered that the poison is ricin. This is my venue for articles and opinion pieces that I occasionally write. The list is small (ok, it starts with only one) but it will grow over time as I hope I do. I am also going to use this space to post some fiction pieces. I know I used the plural but so far, there is only one. It was inspired by people and places I knew in Buenos Aires. The people are fictional and merely inspired by others, not a description of any person or persons.

I took some photos of where I am living and, guess what, here they are. I am finally in Chiang Rai and my luggage came with me, hooray! The crazyness started before I ever left home and continued for almost a week but despite the stress, it was a great week.

Ok, this is the Thai Navel Ensign flag, not the national flag but I like the elephant in the middle. I visited Argentina from November 7 through November 21, 2005. I WANT THE MILES EDGEWORTH GAME SO BADLY that I can almost taste its smooth, plasticky case cover, but I'm probably going to have to dip into my savings as it is to pay my bills this month. My sister said she'd give me the money for it since she never got me a birthday present, but! I don't want to pester her about it. But ohhh I really want it. I have been waiting for this game for foreeeever. Buddy doesn't have cancer, thank god.
