Thursday, September 27, 2007. 12304;本報記者馬雲聖蓋博市報道】有些人認為，洗牙會導致牙縫增大，引起牙部過敏，牙體受到損傷。李修仁牙科醫師表示，洗牙並不是利用磨屑作用，將牙齒表面的附著物磨去，而是通過超音波高頻振盪，去掉牙齒表面的結石及鈣化的汙物，避免其進一步刺激牙齦，進而導致牙齦發炎。從理論上講，這種清洗對牙齒沒有磨損和傷害。其次，洗牙後過敏、牙縫增大，感覺不太舒服是由於多年來患者一直沒有洗牙習慣，牙結石附著在牙齒上時間過長，堅硬度高，去掉後反而不太適應。再加上長期不洗牙，導致牙齦萎縮，牙根外露，平時有結石保護，洗掉後會出現一定的過敏症狀。雖然結石對牙齦、牙根可以起到一定的保護作用，但這種保護是不健康的，會大大提高口腔疾病的發生率。而牙縫問題是本來就存在的，只不過是長時間沒有清洗，讓結石給堵塞了。李修仁說，愈是牙周病變厲害的，洗牙之後痠痛感愈強，時間愈久，如果牙齒健康的人可能一兩天就沒感覺了。所以洗牙後痠痛，反而說明自己的牙周不健康。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
