I'm just gumption-challenged. I’m a woman with a chronic illness that can cause pain and lethargy. Some days are better than others. Some medications work better than others. But I’ve learned that I can make small changes in attitude, mindset, or behavior that improve my daily life. I say that “I live with” this disease, not that I “suffer from it”.
