Building a Better World. The Beauty in the Unexpected. September 5, 2013. I didn’t want to run today. I would have preferred the gym or even nothing. But my mom insisted: “Your dog needs to run. Go for a run.” So I did, and my mom tagged along, sparkly headband and all. And I am glad I listened to her, because we wouldn’t have met Marc and Adeline. How cool to have a connection. They showered and used our laundry facilities, then we all sat down for a meal where we sat, captivated, for nearly two hours.
