As much as I would like to admit that I am one of those mothers that feeds their child only from the nutritional isle in the grocery store, I did not cave in and give him more Easter candy . maybe candy later as a snack, hee hee, but not for breakfast- I do have standards! Tuesday, April 29, 2008. It's Periwinkle the CAT Mama. It's been awhile since I have last blogged, been busy with my cakes (yeah! And Chase has been on a roll and has just been way too much fun . Cute, quick story . Up raisins with a fork lift , all while tossing a squeaky elephant to entertain the dog - need less to say, I don't sit and watch Blue's Clues while Chase is helping solve clues. After lunch I go to change Chase's diaper and we proceed to put on his Blue's Clues. On one of Blue's diapers?

Tuesday, April 15, 2008. I Did NOT Eat the Green Cake. I made the red velvet layer, no problem . then the vanilla layer, no problem . then I thought I would cut a corner and use yellow cake mix for the blue - obviously not remembering my color lessons from elementary school (yellow and blue make what boys and girls? Not good for business . so I leave it on the counter until in the morning when I have a fresh perspective on things - I am thinking that it will do . Still waiting on pics of the cakes ;-).

Sunday, May 4, 2008. Toys Make Me Happy. Our weekly trip to Wally World of course resulted in another toy to add to Chase's BIZZILION. Thomas toys . am I such a sucker as always? No, this particular addition to his ridiculous amount of toys was because our son is the cutest child on the planet - and because his daddy is a sucker. The daily life of the Roys back in TEXAS. :). Friday, August 26, 2011. Here's his picture after we got our cast. He was so mad because they had to take more x-rays (which hurt) and then I had to hold his arm still to put the cast on. He kept saying, "The doctor is not fun! The best thing about the whole trip was mainly the weather. A 30 degree difference felt close to heaven for us and being able to be outside without sweating was SO nice! Here's some of our pics:. Monday, October 19, 2009. I know I know.I've said it before, but I'm really going to try this time to keep this blog updated! There is WAY to much to type and catch everyone up on over the past month. But to sum it up Bella is doing FANTASTIC at school and she LOVES IT! Needless to say that has added to some of the reason for my lack of posting. All day morning sickness has kicked in full speed.
