Friday, June 4, 2010. Shoulder Reconstruction and "Spaghetti". I’ve noticed that I have gotten into the habit of not wearing a seatbelt in most cases because almost no cars have seatbelts (or functioning ones) in the back seats. In our rental I always wear a seatbelt, but other than that I never can because I am in the back seat. It’s crazy the things that change when you are elsewhere; at home I am a seatbelt Nazi. Today was my exciting orthopedic surgery scrub in day, and my surgery was so cool!

Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Throwing Up and Maid Drama. I had the most horrible night! I suddenly woke up at 3am for some reason and never fell back asleep; I fell asleep at 6:45 and have to wake up at 7 so I’m not even going to count that. I just couldn’t fall asleep for the life of me, so I laid in bed restless for all of those hours. I was so tired the whole day because of it too. Horrible. I hope I get to do a cool operation.
