Marguerite Patten’s Second Piccolo Cookbook. Boy steals limelight circa 1970. 250ml...

An ode to the beverage we all seem to love so much a recipe for my spicy chai to ward off the darkest day or coldest evening…. Delicious creamy chai mmmmmm. Brewing up chai is all a bit like potion making for the non magic/adult and there is something about the smell of hot almond milk and spices that just makes you feel amazing. First and foremost set the scene! Or just soak up some yummy silent stillness. 2 cardamom ...

Wellington, New Zealand. Food lover. Food talker. Now food writer. View my complete profile. Monday, 26 December 2011. Plenty of Veges with Yotam Ottolenghi. So, I bought his book “Plenty” – which includes plenty of his columns from the Guardian and some additions. It's a very pretty book and the cover is padded (ooo, ahhh). Pomegranates are around at the moment so get some and make this. 15 T olive oil.
