My life among savages. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Every fall brings new and exciting times, and lots of changes. Maybe because I have an infant, or maybe just because, the changes seem to be coming fast and thick this fall. So, in no particular order. Wesley is loving his johnny jump up. He's a good little bouncer. Both boys are playing soccer. Gabe is on Team Tsunami. Wesley is a big fan of soccer. Except when he isn't. Here he is, wearing a hat I made for him. Saturday, July 13, 2013. Leftover pulp from juicing and what to do with it. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY! If you know someone with farm animals, freeze it daily until you can give it to them. If you have your OWN farm animals, they will love it! I add colloidal silver to mine because c.s. is great for wiping out coccidiosis. My goats AND chickens absolutely gobble this stuff up! And no matter how much I give them in a day they have never scoured from it. Even my dogs eat a little of it. Links to this post.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010. God's Provision for my surgery! This is a really neat story, but it's long. It's starts on Thursday. Of last week when Kris and I butchered some goats that had been needing to be butchered for weeks. We squeezed the job in that day and got all the meat cut up, ground, and in the freezer so that I could go to Hico on Friday to farm sit.
