Sunday, June 28, 2009. Week 1 of 26. Total time 34 minutes. Workout 24 minutes 1:30 run 1:30 walk. This was my first run after taking a week off trying to recoup from a sinus infection. It felt good. I ran my 1:30 pretty fast. But not too fast that I couldn't recover in the walk. Total time 28 minutes. Workout 18 minutes 2:00 run 1:00 walk. Distance: little less than 2. It was so hot! Total time 32 minutes. Distance approx 4.5 miles. Bike ride was great! Total time 43 minutes. Saturday, June 27, 2009.
