Found that I really need to stretch beforehand; thats what stops working first.my tight hamstrings. Averaged a 12 minute mile. Planning on running 5 miles on Friday and a 5K on Sunday. Saturday, February 27, 2010. We had a very fun evening at our friend's house. Angie and Jason provided the location and along with two and half other couples (Jess was flying solo) we had a nice dinner of lasagna and a great evening of cards. Hard to find a group of people who know how to play Euchre. The evening started at 4:00 and the kids all lasted until 9:00. We probably could have stayed longer, but Brian is currently packing for a very early departure in the morning. Oops! Friday, February 26, 2010.

Sunday, January 31, 2010. Despite my lack of sleep, I completed my run for today. A full 4 miles. Wow, I am so glad I have 15 more weeks before I am expected to run 13 miles, because four miles felt so much further than the normal 3.1 miles I run during the 5K season.
