Moules （ムール貝）. This is another Belgian's specialty, Moules. The dish comes with a full of Moules in a big bucket (as picture above), you can hardly finish. The Moules are soaked into a soup in a bucket, so the soup becomes even more delicious. You can drink the soup with a shell, using as a spoon (my brother in law taught us). BIOクリスマスマーケットに到着して、一番最初にfeuerzangenbowleの行列に並び、まずは乾杯。 プライスリストも、 昔の字で書かれていたり。一杯4と1/2ユーロ。 Feuerzangenbowleは、横にちょこっとのったお砂糖に火を付け、軽く溶かしてから飲みます。 火をつけると、一段と楽しく＆おいしく感じる。。。 このちょっと変わった器は、デポジットの５ユーロでキープできます。２００７年のクリスマスマーケットの思い出に、ひとつ持って帰りました。 この他、ハニーグリューワインを飲みながら屋台を見て周り、ハニーワックスのローソクを買ったり、ザワークラウト＆ニューンベルグソーセージを食べたり、－７℃の中、おいしく楽しい１時間半を過ごしました。 Labels: H - クリスマス. Friday, 21 December 2007. 家から会社まではU-Bahnで、北へ約２０分。最寄駅からは、徒歩７分もしくはバスで２ストップ目。家の方では全然白くなかった景色が、会社がある駅に着いた途端、辺り一面真っ白に。これは雪が降ったのではなく、空気中の水が凍ったよう。雪国で生活するのが初めての私にとって、すごく不思議な光景。 １１時頃雪に太陽が当たり、キラキラしてあまりに綺麗だったので、同僚とオフィスの窓から外の景色を写真に撮ったのだけれど・・・ふたりとも、実際の景色とカメラに写った景色は、まるっきり”別物”という結論に達しました。 明日から１月１日まで、クリスマス休暇＋New Year Holidayです。イエイV。 Labels: H - 季節・季節行事. Heiligabend（クリスマスイブ）ディナーは、くり抜いたズッキーニの中に、ひき肉と玉ねぎ、チーズ、イタリアンパセリなどを混ぜオーブンで焼いたもの、OXテールのスープ、洋ナシのバニラアイスクリーム&ホットチョコレートがけを作りました（私はスープのみ担当）。 シャンパンで乾杯して、ディナーをおいしく食べて、赤ワインをあけて・・・豪華と言うわけではないけど、特別な日っていつもとはちょっと違った準備をする分、楽しさも増すね。 Labels: H - クリスマス. Monday, 31 December 2007. 今日は大晦日です。ドイツでは、Silvesterparty（年越しパーティー）をする人が多く、私達も友達のホームパーティーにお呼ばれしました。皆が食べ物や飲み物などを持ち寄るかたちのパーティーで、私達はビール、氷（角＆クラッシュ）、サラダを用意して行きました。 ドイツ人が大好きなパスタサラダ（青の容器）。メインはバーベキューグリル。 ベランダで冷やされている飲み物。この他にもビール２ケース、シャンパン、赤ワインなど何でもあり！ パーティーではダンスとカラオケ（Playstation 2の採点方式ソフト）が続き、１２時を回る頃、一旦外に出て新年を祝い、花火とシャンパンで乾杯しました。 その後もパーティーは続き、私達は３時過ぎにパーティーを後にしました（私達が出た頃も、パーティーはまだまだ盛り上がっていた）。楽しい年越しパーティーでした☆.
