Momma Running (in Circles). Sunday, May 22, 2011. Lazy Sunday.Tomorrow's a New Day. Today I was so lazy. I still made it out to the gym, but it wasn't the greatest of workout days. Here's why. Then I got my water bottle, I-pod, and cell phone and went on my merry way. Got to the gym and no one was there, so I had the place to myself (at our apartment complex). This was a good sign. I stretched and got on the treadmill. I turned on my I-pod and oops.forgot to charge it. DEAD! Tomorrow's a new day, right?

I have NOT been working out AT ALL, let alone been running in about 1 month! Today, I finally got my butt back in the gym, and I feel good. While on the elliptical, I started thinking about what I would blog about, since that's also taken a backseat lately. Aha! Momma Running (in Circles). Friday, April 29, 2011. Feeling good for several reasons. And I must say, I am saying this even though I'm fighting off a cold. Reason #1: Just ran about 4 miles and on my runners high. Felt great! I fear cars kicking up rocks at me. Reason #2: Lost another 1.6lbs this week. Yea for me.
