We're new at this. Sunday, February 12, 2012. The Goose Dresses Up. Here she is in her pretty church shoes (they're too big, so they don't stay on for very long). Grandma sent mittens and a kitty hat! The Stay-Puff Marshmallow Girl! Carrying five books at once. She thinks she's something else. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Chicks in the Sticks. Seeing Through The Generations. Infinite Parameters and Finite Recursions. This is the good life. A House by the Side of the Road. Mrs Autumn All-Year Round.

Llama Face Family: March 2012
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
We're new at this. Sunday, March 25, 2012. Dinosaurs, Caterpillars and Food. These are things the Goose gets so excited about that she giggles and/or screams. We went to Dinosaur National Monument over spring break. She yelled at these dinosaurs for about 15 minutes. Found a fuzzy caterpillar out in the yard. It was lots more fun than the cricket she squished two days earlier. She got a hold of a spoon and fed herself some yogurt. Good practice, but Daddy's not willing to let her go full-time just yet.

Llama Face Family: Good Winter Fun
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2013/12/good-winter-fun.html
We're new at this. Sunday, December 22, 2013. Mission accomplished, we tired her out. During the last chinook I took the girls out to the park and ran them around in the sled. They loved it. We started luge style. Then they sat up. Moo's making a play for the snow right here. In case you missed my pictures of the snow drift on facebook. She eats three pancakes in a sitting and leaves minimal crumbs. And what's being a baby all about if not for photos eating spaghetti and getting sauce all over your face.

We're new at this. Monday, February 9, 2015. An ice castle at Lake Louise. Every year there's an ice carving competition at Lake Louise. It's certainly not very well advertised, but it's very well attended (no parking). A good time was had by all. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Chicks in the Sticks. Seeing Through The Generations. Infinite Parameters and Finite Recursions. This is the good life. A House by the Side of the Road. Mrs Autumn All-Year Round. Brought to You by the Letter "E".

Llama Face Family: August 2013
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
We're new at this. Saturday, August 10, 2013. Time again for a recap of the Basin's yearly extravaganza, Uintah Basin in Celebration. This would be our second and final UBIC as we moved just days following the event. Going to the pet show. Yep, that's a goat in a dress. We were on the wrong side of the street for the parade this year. Dad's fault. The girls were still adorable, as per usual. This is Dad's favorite part of the parade. The Newfield float. We love drilling in Roosevelt. What a tiring day.

Llama Face Family: July 2014
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
We're new at this. Saturday, July 19, 2014. The grandparents come to visit. The grandparents came to visit and it was a jolly good time. First thing we did after their 14 hour drive? Drive 2 hours to Lake Louise. It was a little crowded because it was the day before Canada Day, but we had fun anyway. For Canada Day we headed over to Fort Calgary where Keith's mom convinced him to dress up like a mountie. The girls were more interested in the petting zoo. We had a picnic dinner. And played at the park.

Llama Face Family: July 2013
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
We're new at this. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. But first here are some pictures of the girls wearing the "cool glasses". Okay, so Keith has been working on his Master's in Special Education almost since we moved to Roosevelt and he finished! This isn't an every day accomplishment so we packed the kids in the car and drove to Salt Lake for the ceremony. We went to India Palace to celebrate the night before. The family's first master. Keith's brother Abercrombie graced us with his presence. We had a baby 6 m...

Llama Face Family: The Third Birthday
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2013/12/the-third-birthday.html
We're new at this. Sunday, December 1, 2013. The night before we had chicken nuggets and french fries for dinner, because, what else could a three year old possibly want? What kind of cake do you want, Lucy? A green cake." Check. Missy Moo really wanted the cake, but we abstained. The Goose picked at her 1st birthday cupcake. This girl is going to inhale it. Watching her unwrap gifts is so fun. She loves everything she opens, hugs it and says "Thank you" like a good little girl. Chicks in the Sticks.

Llama Face Family: November 2013
http://llamafacefamily.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
We're new at this. Sunday, November 10, 2013. Pictures and videos of an epic event in the life of any Canadian- their first sledding experience. The Goose took to sledding pretty quickly. After her first run, she told us, "I'm going down by myself." She let Mommy and Missy Moo go with her, but on our second outing she did not want to go down with anyone else. Bapa came. Here are some pictures from the outings. Going down with mommy! Hard core, bringing up the sled. I can't put my arms down".
