Wednesday, November 23, 2011. My 36 week appointment turned out to be quasi-exciting! Apparently, I am now 1 cm dilated and 90% effaced. Dr. Bradford says that the 90% statistic is the more exciting one. It basically means that my cervix is completely soft and thinned out. It won't need to change much prior to delivery. Craziness! Tuesday, January 8, 2013. For starters, at 13 months, Ryder weighs just under 20 pounds. He's wearing size 12 month clothing and size 3 diapers.
