Sunday, August 16, 2015. 4th in Park City. Okay, I managed to get behind again. So this is going to be more of a photo dump for the next few posts. But here's what we did for the 4th of July! Family reunion in Park City, Utah with the Hamilton family! It started with our first big road trip all the way across the barren desert of Nevada into Utah. First, we stopped in Sacramento to hit up the state train museum. Best picture I could get. A dream come true for this kid. Then it was all about cousin time.

Sunday, April 8, 2012. In the early months of the year here in California, we have a wonderful season of citrus trees that bear their fruit. I have several Valencia Orange and Meyer Lemon trees in the back yard and they were loaded with fruit. So I researched the internet and experimented with making some batches of marmalade. My first batch was amazing! I think it was because I picked the oranges and lemons off the tree, came inside and imediately started making it. They were so sweet and fresh!
