The ones we live with, laugh with, Love. Thursday, September 9, 2010. Our Crazy Summer Continued.part 3. Again, over Labor day we find ourselves at the lake. It was a little colder, but we could still go fishing, crawdad fishing and jet-skiing when the sun is out. They caught enough crawdads for lunch for whoever likes mud tasting seafood. I am glad they eat what they catch! I was trying to jump really far so I would not fall on the rocks (and I really didn't want to get water up my nose either! The boys...

Jack and I have been married for three years now. We are currently living in Orem, UT waiting for Jack to finish school. We are really having to rush this year’s letter to press, what with the end of the world coming on the 21. How cool we are. Let that sink in. Cute stuff for the relief society. Tim & Margo: January 2012

http://timandmargo.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html

Sunday, January 22, 2012. The trees get smaller and smaller. Christmas is Christmas, as long as there's a tree, right? Well, with a busy December we almost completely forwent a tree this year, but Christmas cheer prevailed and late in the month Tiny Tim (the tree) was purchased in the local Christmas tree lot. He was so small, he didn't even need to be watered. Better yet, he only needed one strand of lights and 10 ornaments. Antique ornaments on our tree, slightly reminiscent of a meteor striking the sun.

Tim & Margo: August 2011

http://timandmargo.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html

Monday, August 22, 2011. This is the only city we visited that I hadn't been to before, so it was awesome for both Margo and I to discover on our own. Overall, we really loved Kyiv. Everything we saw was very clean and well maintained. Once again, the Russian (or Ukrainians) know how to build a good monument. The motherland statue is amazing, the metallic version of the stone statue we saw back in Volgograd. A highlight of Kyiv was visiting the Temple. It was dedicated just last August.

Tim & Margo: August 2012

http://timandmargo.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html

Sunday, August 12, 2012. I remember seeing a picture of St. Paul's in elementary school and thinking, "Hey, they copied our state capitol building! Meaning the one in Washington DC). Good thing no one burst my bubble that St. Paul's is actually the original. To me the dome stills seems a little odd that it's on a church, since it's so similar to many state capitol building in the US. It's a pretty amazing church though. Can't beat the view from the top. 528 steps. Thursday, August 9, 2012. The Arnolfini ...

http://timandmargo.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

Saturday, October 20, 2012. This brings our blog up to a grand total of 100 posts. It's been fun to share snippets of our life and we love having the catalog of these memories. Today I am raising a mouse, a key board, and probably some hot chocolate to the next 100! And I'll leave you with a quick look back on our posts (cue nostalgic music). Friday, October 19, 2012. I fell in love. It was the cliffs, the sea. The little cities, moving at a slower pace. Tuesday, October 16, 2012. What could each of thes...

Tim & Margo: Picnic in the Park

http://timandmargo.blogspot.com/2012/08/picnic-in-park.html

Sunday, August 5, 2012. Picnic in the Park. It's been fun watching the Olympics and reliving some of the places we enjoyed in London. Hyde Park is truly one of the best metropolitan area parks that we've ever been to. After attending church at the Hyde Park Chapel, we spent the afternoon eating, riding bikes, napping, people watching, and enjoying the scenery of the park. On a Sunday afternoon there are literally thousands people there. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Picnic in the Park.

Tim & Margo: Pretty amazing stuff with free admission

http://timandmargo.blogspot.com/2012/08/pretty-amazing-stuff-with-free-admission_7.html

Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Pretty amazing stuff with free admission. The central court of the British Museum. Another great museum was the National Gallery of Art. I learned gained some art appreciation during an art history class in college, and it was actually pretty cool to see some of the pieces we studied. Besides enjoying the lions of Trafalgar Square in front, these were some of our favorites inside:. The Virgin of the Rocks by da Vinci. Coastal Scene by van Rysselberghe. August 22, 2012 at 6:42 PM.
