Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Trio's 1st Birthday Bash! We had a great party of the babies at Nonna and Poppy's house on Saturday, June 27th for the babies. Most of the extended family and a few friends were able to attend to make the day extra special. We didn't go overboard with a theme or tons of decorations and all of that because the babies aren't going to remember any of it and honestly, we just wanted an excuse to get together and celebrate surviving the 1st year! Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Collin's 1st Week of Life. Since I had a c-section, I stayed at the hospital for three nights after Collin's delivery. Most would probably be anxious to get out of the hospital but I actually welcomed the longer stay because it allowed me to rest up before going home to the chaos.
