Serving our community since 1965 - San Francisco, CA. Handicapables was founded in 1965 by Nadine Calligiuri with help from church and community groups. Since then, the numbers of chapters have grown to meet an ever increasing demand for similar programs. Our Mission: to give shut-ins and handicapped people an opportunity for monthly mass, lunch and general fellowship. Volunteers help the physically handicapped with transportation to and from the meetings and assist in serving lunch. Or help us plan.
