HDC To succeed. To achieve. To grow. To be happy. Screen Printing / Embroidery. Fifty-four children and adults call the HDC Residential Center their home. Located in a neighborhood in northwest Davenport, the Residential Center provides intensive services to individuals who experience significant intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Twenty-four hour nursing care is provided and people receive assistance from staff members who also provide speech, occupational, physical, and recreational therapies.
