Monday, August 18, 2008. 1st day of Kindergarten. Man we are so bad about getting things up and running. So SORRY and here we go. Ailey Mae Evans was born 8-13-2008 at 2:36pm. She was 8lbs. 6oz. and 20 inches long. She was our smallest baby todate, but Ailey and Amy are doing wonderful. Amy had Ailey on Wed., went to church on Sunday and now is already wanting to work, but I won't allow it yet. In case if any of you can't pronounce her name it sounds like (I-Lee). Evans Family: May 2008
http://keepingupwiththeevans.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 29, 2008. I got my Kids this slip n slide from the store when it got really hot here a week ago. For some reason they just danced around the outside of it and wouldn't get wet and slide. This week it has been overcast and rainy at times but I sent the kids out to play and when they came to the door I noticed they were soaked! Don't ask me why but for some reason they decided it would be fun to run in the sprinklers in 65 degree weather and get completely wet in their clothes. Why?

This is little Afton right after Amy gave birth to her (She looks super fine there), she was our littlest baby of all. Afton just like Maddox had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck twice and so you get purple feet, and hands but more feet. Here are her stats. with one eye closed she does come from pirate descent. Isaiah is proud to be the oldest, and he really loves his baby sisters. More photos to come!

Evans Family: Grandmas Funeral
http://keepingupwiththeevans.blogspot.com/2011/01/grandmas-funeral.html
Thursday, January 20, 2011. That our last post was the birth of Afton well over 1 year ago. So much has happened since then and here a few things that come to mind. Adams Grandma passed away and a week after Christmas we got to travel to Utah for the funeral. The weather was the WORST! But the time we got to spend with family was invaluable. We were lucky enough to have all Adams siblings there and so much extended family! Our other kids got spoiled with grandma and grandpa A. Ailey uses the Potty!

Wednesday, August 12, 2009. It's been a while since I've blogged and my kids are growing up before my eyes! I always reply with a simple "yes". Today the missionaries were over here talking about walking on the road and it being really dusty and Maddox said, "you mean pixie dust right? So cute what can I say? And Ailey, well I have a whole other blog for her since it is her birthday tomorrow but just for now know she is completely adored by all those around her. Enjoy the pics! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, January 20, 2011. Isaiah and Maddox played basketball this year on the same team and they were so fun to watch! It's funny how much you learn about your child in competitive situations. So Maddox is M r. He stole so many balls they had to put in a rule you can't steal the ball and Isaiah was very good at handling. I wonder how next year will go. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Monday, January 12, 2009. Incident #1. (In the car driving) Me: "Isaiah, can you give Ailey her pacifier? Isaiah: "Sure mom" Crying that doesn't stop. Me: "Isaiah, can you please give her her pacifier? Isaiah: "Mommmm I gave it to her and she doesn't want it. I'm letting her cry for a minute and then I'll try it again! Me: "Did you try rocking her? Isaiah: "Yes mom she doesn't want to just wait a minute and I'll try the pacifier again.". No one just you.". Yeah, do you think you could do it?
