Mobile Cider Bar
http://handmadecider.co.uk/pages/cider-bar.php
My bar comes in several formats from a small trade stand used at markets to sell my cider, to a fully stocked 8m bar capable of dealing with the busiest of events. The bar, like the cider, is handmade. I was inspired to build it by a lack of anything traditional in the mobile bar market. It is based around a Welsh Dresser and fronted by a solid oak bar top which either stands on a series of oak casks or a Maple veneer base. If you would like the Handmade Bar at your event, or for your daughter's wedding,...

Wiltshire and Somerset Apples
http://handmadecider.co.uk/pages/apples.php
Currently the majority of my cider fruit comes from old, traditional standard farm orchards in Somerset. Generally fruit from old orchards produces better cider and I find that you get a far more diverse selection of fruit from them. But if you really want to know, I am a bit of an apple tart, I will take fruit from anywhere. As long as it is the best fruit. And I am happy to pay a premium for the best fruit as the best fruit makes the best cider. Cyser, Mead and Wine. Its all about the apples.

About Handmade Cider Company
http://handmadecider.co.uk/pages/handmade-cider.php
There are far more ways to make craft cider than industrial cider and I love diversity. I like to work with the fruit to get the best from it, whether it is making a single variety of 100 litres, putting together 2 varieties to create a blend of 250 litres, or putting together 20 different fruit of 4000 litres. Some ciders have added sugar to sweeten and balance the flavours, I would prefer to use honey but that's another storyâ¦. Cyser, Mead and Wine. Its all about the apples. Website by: Fat Graphics.

Making cider in Wiltshire
http://handmadecider.co.uk/pages/cider-production.php
My press and mill were built in the 1950's or 60's by Beare of Newton Abbot. These presses were very common throughout Somerset and all the cider making counties in their heyday, but there are not that many about nowadays. I found mine in a bramble patch near Wincanton where it had lain for maybe 20 years. It took a fair amount of effort to get it back in working condition. Cyser, Mead and Wine. Its all about the apples. Ordering, delivery, opening times. Website by: Fat Graphics.
