Fastest Mailbox in the World. Categories: day in the life. Fastest Mailbox in the World. Originally uploaded by neocles. I’ve been going back to Fresno every couple weekends to fix up my mom’s house and get it re-rented. Driving from the house to the hardware store I passed by this mailbox. Each time, I was in a hurry to get something and get back to work. But by the third time, I could not stand it anymore. I had to stop and snap some shots. That I could see. Wings? No problem there. Conning tower?

DaveP World: July 2011
http://davep-world.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Words strung together sometimes creating meaning, other times not. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Saving the World - A work of fiction, Part I. You ever have those moments where you jolt awake, almost like it was a cattle prod stabbing into your lower back, pushing you, shocking you back into reality? Then, after being driven into the darkness that is reality, blinking through the sleep, you wonder where you are, what is happening and was it really a cattle prod that woke you? Hem is nudging at my hip. He...

DaveP World: February 2007
http://davep-world.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Words strung together sometimes creating meaning, other times not. Saturday, February 10, 2007. I knew he would write this one day. A day I had long seen. And allowed to pass. I was the one. In his ear,. Painted his heart as a work of art. None could hold him near. He was passed down to us. Developed as a miracle; he has grown to leave us;. Our hope always being. That he would surpass us. And instilled in him. Are all that we are. I met him in a fleeting pass,. It took something of time to peel away.

Jae's Design: Phenomenal Customer Service
http://jaesdesign.blogspot.com/2009/07/phenomenal-service.html
Tuesday, July 14, 2009. I am just so blown away by this company I had to blog about them. I've been looking for a certain kind and color of Japanese paper that I've been using for the base color in my pendants. I had no idea what it was called. There are many, many varieties of Japanese paper with different types of fiber and textures. I sent an email on July 8th to the nice people at The Japanese Paper Place. Who in turn suggested I contact Paper Jade. Moral of the story: Customer service is so importan...

Jae's Design: CAT OF THE DAY
http://jaesdesign.blogspot.com/2009/05/cat-of-day.html
Tuesday, May 19, 2009. CAT OF THE DAY. I thought about doing a cat a day photo, but I am realistic enough to know I can't keep that commitment. So here are a few shots of Chloe. I love cat nose close-ups! I made her a catnip pillow. I think she likes it. She looks stoned. Too much catnip. I'm in your box, sitting on your magazines. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thursday, April 23, 2009. For years now I have been a fan of and a somewhat fanatic shopper at Archie McPhee. A few weeks ago on their blog they wrote a post about orders customers had mailed in years ago before you could shop on the internet and how decorative they were. You can see the blog post by clicking here. You can still buy this:. Shroud of Turin Winky Jesus Card. I've had one of these in my wallet for at least ten years. DaveP World: March 2007
http://davep-world.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Words strung together sometimes creating meaning, other times not. Thursday, March 08, 2007. On a lighter note,. It's never too late to hope. As long as it's not too late to realize. The dreams you've kept locked away. Even from your own brain. I woke up the other day. And realized I had a day to deal with. But by that night. Couldn't remember half of what I did. Feeling wasted by the waning light,. I was excited to get to sleep. And see what treats. The new day could bring. It was too late.
